Linker

I built Linker because I kept reaching for a different tool every time I wanted to shorten a link, see who clicked it, generate a QR code, or put together a simple link-in-bio page. Linker folds all of that into one small app backed by a single PostgreSQL database, with a React frontend for managing links and a Node.js API doing the redirect and click-tracking work.

The interesting part technically is keeping redirects fast while still recording analytics on every click — the redirect handler writes click events asynchronously so a user never waits on a database write just to get bounced to the destination URL.
